Bookings and Cancellations

In our aim to provide our customers with the best possible experience and the fairest way to book a table, and given the restaurant’s high demand for bookings and reduced number of tables, we have implemented a new booking system.

Bookings can be made as follows:

Confirming a Booking

Once a booking is made through our website or by telephone, we will contact you to confirm all your details, any allergies or intolerances, and ask you for your credit card number to secure the booking.

We will then send you an email to confirm your booking, which includes information about our booking, cancellation and no show policies. Only then is the booking confirmed and guaranteed.

Changing a Booking

Provided the booking is for the same date, it can be changed for fewer persons at no cost, as long as it is done 72 hours in advance; otherwise, the diners who do not use the booking will be charged, excluding those who do.

If you want to add more people to your booking, this can be done up to the same day of the booking, subject to availability.

Cancelling a Booking

If you wish to cancel a booking, you may do so, at no cost, 72 hours in advance. After this time, a penalty of €50 per person will be charged to your credit card.

No-Shows

Ocean Restaurant always checks each booking by contacting the customer to confirm their reservation and any preferences for their experience.

If the customer does not show up after confirming his booking, the penalty fee of €50 per person will be charged to the credit card number provided.
